no calendar mission (and no reward for that mission) and cant open 24 hatch

I'm curious about one thing: why card "Dance of the Tunder Snakes" (act 12 edition) can't be used in Lucian Tournament? Same effects as basic edition, but can't be used for evolution for Mylad. So it can't used for that reason or what?
