Does it mean that we'll be able to finish the quest? I'd love to get my legendar ycard without having to pay to open the last hatch :/

I bought the 150 feez thingy, and got the regular message about the "+20%" for my nest purchase. I bought the 230 hoping I'd get the bonus off and it didn't work. It's a bug or I'm doing something wrong???
