Indeed, the card was not published in the thread of the Fan Card Contest, the player contacted me directly via PM because he had trouble uploading his card. And he did so before the deadline, so nothing irregular here.
Ahhh, ok, I did not know that .... I thought I was wrong since it was something that we had not seen published.
On the multi-accounts, it was something that came to come, in a similar contest in the arena, happened that, added many friends in the group, just to vote .... I guess for the amount of Votes (and speed as you get high numbers), not only are there Multi-accounts, but also players who never went through the forum, and will never do so because they are not interested in participating / seeing the forum, just moved to Help friends .... therefore as in that other contest, the most popular / which has more Friends, would have more probabilities of fighting at the tip, leaving less priority to be decided by character quality / preference of players .
Good luck to the participants, and I hope there are no more attempts to cheat.
