Ok as a long time kotoba player and someone whos first deck the tsoutai was i think ill say my opinion.
I like the Idea of the Charakter and really find the ideas good. Giving him The human race would be totally unfitting and i much prefer the way he is now. I much rather prefer him that way with giving some creative space
But although i atm have no way to play this card i can asure that it seems af it isnt quite up to the power level of the old human/War guem Typ. But i like the idea that is pushed with it, make a pure mage tsoutai deck. And i like the idea but those changes wont make that work. First problem: While your defence can not be lowered is a good Skill to have this is not the mai problem. Youll mostly get killed by effekts that straight up set your defence to 0. So that effekt is only decently powerfull. Another disadvantage is he is not really a strong fighter. He has low base stats and slowly builds up strength. Ayako on the other hand can still do it easily because playing 2 of her cards per turn is not uncommon. While cards like allegiance are in my opinion only 2 offs at best.(because of REALLY bad rng you do not want 3 in your opening hand) And the biggest problem his synergie. While he has soem decent synergie he is missing the heal. Because you want to protect you defence and he is basicly gathering up your flawseekers cards. but he is quite vulnerable. An effekt that might be quite strong and maybe even REALLY op would be a variation of the effect where he heals for the amount of flawseekers cards in game. A simple dum card like def -5 heals 5 hp chain would have made a lot of sense. Because what will stop the enemy from taking him down in the first round. Or have cards: if al lof your charakters are non multi class mages heal them for x... Something to make non multi class mages a thing. those +2 attack on tatamijuts will most likely do not very much.
Btw my personal request...mesterl if you are in charge of the reworks, please give akutsai an overhaul...id love to play this card again. You can work with something like and make them tend to go more into the offensive kategorie. Or make him good all around, i just want to use him isntead of xianren XD. But thats just my personal wish

Hello! I took the opportunity for this release, but I'm not in the charge Since her Mage class was clear, we chose to follow this path now, but I will surely suggest Akutsai for the next Tsoutai release In fact, I'd like to see a level 3 of Aku too

Uhhh thats a lovely idea, so there could be the akutsai who is just a brute and drops offense for defense for a marodeur playstyle. And maybe aku who redeemed himself after all the actions and is going after the good cause now trying to rid himself of his paste sins.
You could boundle this up with .
My suggestion here would be make akutsai all about e.g. he gains atk for each time atsoutai takes dmg or spreading some copies at the begining of the game to your charachters to realy show that rage theme and EVEN have synergie with the trophy that show his picture.
While aKu lvl 3 is all about Enforcing the theme of him having regained his balance.
