I think there is actually a little lag between collecting and actually getting the point for the recipe.

problem is i dont have fee'z. i have done all the recipes and today i got 15 of the 27 done again and nothing yet. i think feerik needs to give us either another day or those stuck at 26 beltania

Your theory is possible. the amount of players planting in pots (3 pots max per player) could overwhelm the servers with info regarding recipes being finished every second.

And that does not even take into consideration the ongoing tournaments, adventure mode-ing players, and the fights inside the level room and training room.

Worse if you try to do it during peak time when many players can't even log in due to the overwhelming amount of players logging-in...

Tried blue/white/yellow (Irish Coat of Arms)... nada... well, it at least gave me a black leaf back.

Wonder if it has no meaning at all, and just utterly random. But surprised noone has hit it yet. Wonder what happens if noone does.

well hitting the 2 hour mark just put inmy last 3 recipes hope one of them gives me beltania if not i hope feerik gives us some more time or helps us out here this is redulous

I can't give you more time, but I can say you that the recipe you need for obtaining Beltania is Cyan Leaf x3. Good luck.

You need cyan seed + yellow seed *2.
