they are working just in critical bugs part time (half of the time per day of the original programmer)

the chain of reports is customer (just a player) => mod (or staff) => staff => developer/programmer

Just remembered that Eredan could have a Reward Calendar(Thanks to ANOTHER game also doing December rewards).

My surprise to see that Eredan actually does have it. And my surprise when I got nothing. Of value I mean, it payed out so I didn't have a bug I just didn't get anything.

So anyone get anything of note, and maybe share what happened at the end of the calender, see if they did anything special.

Darn, since they were doing Ice Elfs + Abara I was hoping to be able to frost my Ice Elfs oh well.

-Apart from the foil card + Oural Blades everything else was kinda useless i already have 3 untradeable helms.
