This mean you don't have levelled more than 10 level in 4 months.

Im playing the standard crow deck they like put it in the store the name is deck of the week crow shadows its very cool it only cos 999 feez and is it really needed to be level 13? and do you think it can be bought again later on?

In a few weeks time, the trophy and the card will be available again, but you need to spend 199 feez to unlock it.
That's the best news I can give you. But just the fact that you can play a deck and not the trophy that is designed for that deck, is outrageous.
Open a ticket with them, they might be able to do something for you.

OK, so the trophy should be available at level 6 or 10, and this is not the case obviously....
