I stuck at 26/27 too. But my friend already finished the quest. Now I'm trying to redo some recipes since it might be order sensitive.

There was a typo in english version in green seed recipes: third recipe in green seed said (english): green+redx2 Which in every other laguage it was: green+bluex2 now is corrected. Probably you got that wrong, check it

I think i will die in the beach 26/27 too, someone who didn´t count maybe in the bigening and now i need to start again or quit...

Yeah, I've just finished the quest. The missing one is Blue Leaves x 2 + Green Leaf. Took me more than half day to redo those recipes.
