I really don't like that nerf, due to my choice of playstyles, which are either Midrange focused Beatdown or Grindy Control with a possible combo worked into it... therefor halo-lockdown, by combing the best of both world (just like NoHand and Abara Discard) really hit that spot for me.

BUT I can understand, that the large majority dislikes oppressive control decks, which basically make the game look like a round solitaire.
Mostly giving the argument, that it is no "fun", but "fun" is subjective and has no real weight when talking about the tournament/competitive level of TCGs.
(but that is a different topic all together)

Now that Halo is nerfed, you should remove it from the ban list.

With sacred/damned cards, I think is still good to use even though its duration reduced to 3 turns. Don't forget that can call from the deck now, it's easy to attached Crystal Traps to all 3 foes and use Remember to reuse Halo again after one opponent dies.

Do not continue nerf cards because they will be soul, for that better they do not take those letters or eliminate the system soul. Having that happens tomorrow, it has been rude what they have done with this release.
