Why bother? You are trying to save the titanic with a bucket.

The #1 issue with this game is the balance. #2 the ignoring the community. #3 the sale model.

Fix #1 and you have a chance.

That means:
REMOVING soul system.
A rework on all current cards.
reworking of the marketplace.

If things continue like this I can't see this game reaching another anniversary. Horrible experience with new players who just can't hope to enjoy the game without spending (when I started you could make a, say, Tracker deck for 20-30k and hold your ground while today you're lucky if a single core card costs that much) along with no events and releases to keep old players interested means that you lose old players while not gaining new ones.
Would be such a shame to see this game go due to greed and terrible developer decisions, as in its core it is still the most unique and fun game among the sea of Hearthstone clones dominating the CCG market.
