Masters Tournament : Arena Standard

An hard fights time is coming on Eredan iTCG ! This week-end 1 million of crystals at stake!

Dates :

From now on and until Sunday 28th of July at 8 PM (french time).

Restrictions :

Format : 1 character and 15 to 30 Cards.

Only cards from the Standard serie. Only 1 Unique Card per Deck.

At the start of the game, characters in game get one of the following bonuses (both characters get the same bonus):

Attack +3
Defense +3
Health point max +3
Spirit +3
Prizes :

In total we will distribute amongst all the participants more than 1.000.000 crystals.

1st of the ranking : 250.000 guaranteed Crystals + the Title The Tournament Master..
2nd : 170.000 guaranteed Crystals.
3rd and 4th : 110.000 guaranteed Crystals.
from 5th to 8th : 50.000 guaranteed Crystals.
from 9th to 16th : 20.000 guaranteed Crystals.
Players in the first fourth of the ranking will share a jackpot of 1.000.000 Crystals.

Furthermore, every player that played at leat 5 games will receive 1000 Crystals AND players that have won at least 10 games will receive 10 Medallions.

Registration Fee:

199 Fee’z, or free enrollment if you hold the trophy Masters Qualifier of the week

Haven't been able to get above 1600 in this one.

Tried Commander Zahal but he's too slow. Seeing a lot of Dancing Blade, but like I said I'm below 1600.

What decks are doing well in this format? Specifically, interested to know how well the Nomad Champ is performing.

says hi to all stat boosting decks. you can also use bang bang pirate decks (5x widow with pockey shooters and crickets).

EDIT: @ashman, the nomad champion is doing pathetically in this tourney (well in my pov). faced 5 of them with an elo score of 1300 something something.

Yeah, wasn't sure as that could have gone either way. He's not outrightly strong, but with the right draw can heal like none other.

I was also thinking a Vital Syphon deck could do well, but wondering if that isn't too slow (or draw dependent) as well. Mang, you're a Nehant player, right? Did you try that?

I played a few games with nomad champion. He's not well supported, and usually ends up being only character alive and tanking the damage rather than dealing it!

I'm doing a dancing blade deck, corruption output in a one character deck is slow (unless receptacle is allowed), since everything tries to 1 hit you. *looks at kotori decks*. I'm safe from stat boosters as long as I draw equinox battle. unless that new elfine and 5time widow multi-attacks me to death.

EDIT: changed my deck to scourge of souls (been doing pathetically in tourney 1384 elo wth)
