i have beaten all other rooms from the ground floor (even the ones that you can skip) but its still locked after the 4th time beating earth elem. the only unusual thing about my dark tower campaign is than the ground floor is locked from a month ago when i was farming the kotoba boss and lost... i'm thinking of opening it up when i get the energy...

i think all scores must be settles before the last boss unlocks. i opened the locked rooms on all the floors then it suddenly opened. defeated nivaly and toxic on the first try. thanks.

a guy told me, the hidden effect of abyssien's shadow is at end of every fight, discard X cards, where X is equal to the number of death characters

The discard effect keeps happening to me even if I don't have dead characters.

From personal experience, Abyssien's Shadow forces you to discard a card starting in turn 4.

Also, on even turns, your characters heals half the ammount of physical damage he suffered (rounded down) and it takes away that same ammount from a living character you posses. This sometimes is bugged, showing the healing number, but your life points do not increase (consequently, the character that should have suffered the healing of the other does not lose any healthpoints)

I love plating against abyssien, and so far he granted me seven rare cards it's quite fun when you use this mechanic, although it may not work. Abyssien's strong side is that his magic attacks are brutal if you are playing shadow guemelites. he will try to buff his spirit and attack with never lonely. As i said, you only heal half the physical damage you suffered, not the magical one, so be careful!

So that's what the weird healing comes from when I face him using dark kaes, it is added to his hidden effect.
