I think is the only other logical choice for a Runic Human deck if you are keeping Myrina and Hares.

Yes Agilian is definietly the filler.
I'm not sure about Hares.
I have seen recently a deck without hares, with .
His defense bonus looks like a really good choice. I really liked to kill with hares in the second turn, when (thanks to Aurius's ability) I chained and . This way (3 runes on Hares) I gave him +12 attack. later on the combo worked on Aurius also especially when you had on him. Since this in't avaible the attack boost on Hares got much less and and extra defense may be a better choice.
I really hope that the restrictions for the global tournament will change weekly as it did before.
