Unfortunately, Berserkers are terribly outdated and Feerik does not plan to update them. It would be best to ditch them altogether, but if you are really determined to go with them for fun, I'd say go for direct damage/blizzard route with Frostbite, Frost Pillar, Amethyst Blizzard, Northern Light and Icy Aura. Agmundar's Rage for Ursyd's ability and Ring of Nibelle increases your magic damage.

If you have budget and really like Ice Elves, go for Lady Yilith and craftsmen. Not a terribly powerful deck, but extremely fun.

Since Lady's abilities don't allow big stat raising, use items that reduce damage received like Good Jorusien and Starboard or healing items like Time Potion. Include a few Stitches or similiar healing theurgies to keep Lady alive and Paladin's Hammer + Life Devourer make Lady nigh impossible to kill without card removal. Distracted is a key kard since it bypasses Lady's stat penalty restriction and gives killing potential. Use Coranthia, Nemaria Worshiper as one of characters since she can play both Craftsman items and theurgies.

Sorry to derail the topic a little, but wouldn't Lady Yilith be better in a mercenary priest build?

Sevylath, Great Duke protector of Dhum

with

Paladin's amulet to bring the priest class back

Sanctified hammer I'm not sure if it works with Paladin's hammer, but gives better draw odds.

Combat Trance ect.
