As I think, the key problem of the game is little number of players. To increase these numbers, I think, it is needed to:

1.1) make starting decks better, because currently these decks are no match for most not starting decks in basik or anything in standart/global, and loosing in every combat exept with other novices greatly lovers interest of the audience and helps them to decide that it is not worthy to stay in the game.

1.2) if you think tat the 1.1 variant is unacceptable, then remove basik format and give a big amount of cristals (50,000, for example) to build up their own deck.

2) create more game rooms with different rules, for example, with limitations connected with levels (5-15, 16-25, 26+), with the price of the cards (30000-, 30001-60000, 60001-120000...) and with the rarity (10- rares in deck, 11-20, 21+). It will help to keep interest in your game. The rewards, of course, should be different for each room. These rooms shold be separated from "copper and silver" an others irregular tournaments.

3) lower the prices of boosters and trophies - it is digital cards, after all! A real game booster costs less than yours - why should a player pay for your product if there are some others - maybe not so interesting, but a new player won't see all the features of eredan, but he will see too high prices. This is another reason to leave, I think.

4) increase interest in leveling - for example, with each level a player gets 5 cristals, *2 if it was perfect, *2 with the welth gem, /2 if loose (rounded up) /1,5 if draw. It will help to keep interest of the players - they will see that playing is rewarded.

Sorry for possible mistakes.

a good way to balance the normal room or a new room is adding loads to core cards used in elo decks, sometimes you fight against top tier decks with a novice, normal or free deck, this drives away new players

maybe creating rooms per feez spent would be better, because the price of the cards oscillate

the update of starter decks is a good option, maybe allowing to choose up to 3 decks with relative good cards, because we are in act 10 and the basic starter decks have cards from act 4 or less, the cx amount is a bad decision (because of the cheaters)

I've said multiple times that Feerik should halve the price of Boosters and remove some of the money-grubbing "promotions".
They'll get alot more loyal customers that way.

Not even close.
There are extremely expensive and "rare" uncommons and commons.
There are extremely cheap rares and uncommons.

Rarity, card power and market cost are barely related.
