Sacrifice is a good mechanic is just not being implemented well. The effects of cards like Confession and Escape are really good. And in decks that have card retrieval the Sacrifice is not that much a hindrance.

I dont know, i feel liek sacrifice is a bit too much.
The effekts are ok, but you give up a huge chunk, first discarting cards isnt mostly wanted.
And then restrikting yourself to drawing less cards isnt even better.
E.g.
You have
you play 2 cards ( 3 cards remaining in hand)
Then you sacrifice 2 (1 best card remaining)
And what then, you cant even reliably play the next turn.
If you played a card from hand your even just basing the GAME on drawing a lucky combo.
With just 3 cards...
Over all too incostistent, and your more than often forces to discard usefull cards.
if sacrifice would remove the draw x less cards it would be more viable

You still draw 3 cards next turn. So you can discard your hand. Also with cards like and you can Double or Triple the effect.

the problem are comparisons
you cant say sacrifice is bad or good, what we see is sacrifice cards not being played because of the payoffs of the cards or we have useless sacrifice card and/or we have powerful cardss without sac

We're not arguing.

The problem is right now there are only a few cards that use this mechanic and only 4 of them stand out as being used (Frag Light, Nishi Writing, Spiritualism, and confession). So clearly the effects aren't powerful enough to warrent their use for most sacrifice cards but that doesn't mean it can be improved and be useful.

it wasnt against sacrifice's discussion and im agree with you we cant say sac is bad or good, because we dont have good sac cards

I know we cant force Feerik to nerf/buff cards. And that is not the plan. But I think it is important to show feedback what we think about the ban list and to give suggestions to those who ban the cards and who decide if and how to nerf or buff a card.

In a good balanced game a banlist was not necessary and the actuall ban lists looks partly as experiment and as capriciousness. So I think a feedback from the players seems necassary. =)

(And I think they partly hear the player, since is banned again.)

We lost the balance too bad since the damned sacred cards.

banlist is also for deck rotations, it is marketing because force some players to spent money on legal deck

Wasnt that with sacrifice that you discard your cards and simultenusly draw x cards less based on the discartet cards?

You discard cards and draw that many less so sacrifice 1 means you discard 1 card and draw 4 cards if your hand is empty.
