Plan to Revive Eredan: A Collaborative Project

Dear Eredan Players and Veterans,

We are facing an important challenge: the revival and improvement of our beloved game, Eredan. I want to present a plan that aims to make the game exciting and engaging once more, especially for veteran players and potential returnees. The success of this project relies heavily on the active participation of the most experienced and powerful players to restore balance and rekindle their passion. Here are the detailed steps of the plan:

1. Structuring the Tournaments
- Lucian Tournament (Basic Cards): This tournament is specifically designed for new accounts, giving them the opportunity to win up to three strong starter decks. This provides new players with an incentive and a competitive entry point. Each new account can only participate and win once. After that, players can move on to higher-level tournaments.
- Quilingo Tournament (Standard Cards): The next level for more experienced players, where participants compete for valuable booster packs, encouraging progress and deck improvement.
- Amnezy Tournament (Global Cards): The highest-level tournament, where the best players compete for legendary cards. This ensures long-term incentives for players to enhance their decks and climb the leaderboards.

2. Clans and Their Role
- Clan Creation and Promotion: In Eredan, players can create clans to unite and grow together. The strongest and most active players should establish their own clans and gather members to balance power within the game. This system fosters teamwork and helps build a vibrant community.
- Positive Initiatives: Clans could focus on earning trophies to activate clan-wide bonuses like EXP or crystal boosts, improving the overall gaming experience. This strengthens community bonds and makes the game more dynamic and attractive for all members.

3. Rewards and Progress Systems
- Monthly Calendar Event: A special event available every month, allowing players to open daily doors for random cards and receive a reward of 500 medals at the end. These medals can be exchanged in the Hall of Champions for various cards and boosters:
- 5 medals for a common card.
- 100 medals for an uncommon card.
- 300 medals for a rare card.
- 2000 medals for a legendary card.
- 500 medals for a Newcomer Booster.
- 500/1000/1500 medals for bronze, silver, or gold event cards.

4. Restoring Old Accounts
- Easy Return for Veterans: Many former players might not know that their accounts can be easily restored using the email associated with their original sign-up, whether through Facebook or directly through Eredan. Access to the old email is essential for recovery.
- Impact of the Server Shutdown Announcement: Unfortunately, many players left the game following the announcement of the server shutdown, believing the game had gone offline. This misconception significantly reduced the community. If we can make it known that the game is still playable using a Flash browser, many might consider returning.

5. Community Engagement and Clips
- Generating Attention with Clips: Players can share their best game moments through videos on platforms like YouTube or Discord. These clips not only capture attention but also promote the exchange of strategies and gameplay tips. A monthly competition could reward the most liked clip with a booster pack.
- Highlighting Monthly Best Clips: The best clips each month could be featured on official channels to strengthen the sense of community and inspire players.

6. Incentives for New and Returning Players
- Opportunity for New Players: New players can participate in the Lucian Tournament to win up to three starter decks. After a successful entry, they can take on the challenges of the Quilingo Tournament.
- Valuable Rewards: The rewards in the Quilingo and Amnezy tournaments provide long-term motivation. Booster packs and legendary cards keep players engaged and promote progress.

7. Funding and Initial Support
- Funding Ideas: To kick off this project, I would initially invest €50 to support some of the rewards and incentives. Depending on the success, we could also look to the community for additional support or donations to fund future competitions and initiatives.

8. Collaboration Among Veterans
- Participation of the Most Experienced Players: The success of this project depends on the participation of Eredan’s most experienced players. Their support will help restore balance and inspire both new and returning players.

9. Discussion and Coordination via Discord
To effectively implement this project and create a shared space for planning and discussion, I propose creating a Discord group. This group would allow us to discuss ideas, develop strategies, and organize tournaments and community events. It will help connect the community and move the project forward step by step.

I am deeply passionate about Eredan and will do everything in my power to make the game thrive once again. I am convinced that, with the collaboration of the top players, we can create real improvement. However, if this call for help goes unanswered, I fear that the fate of Eredan may be sealed for good.

Solution approach for dragon hunting and the revival of the market in Eredan

1. Founding a new clan with strong accounts

The first step to successfully conducting the dragon hunt is to create a new clan that has 10+ strong accounts capable of defeating the dragons. This clan will act as a central hub to organize dragon fights efficiently and regularly. Starter blankets and dragon tickets will be provided for the new accounts.
Strategies:
• Strong Accounts for Dragon Hunting: To effectively defeat the dragons, we need at least 10 accounts equipped with strong decks. These accounts will be part of a special clan dedicated exclusively to dragon hunting.
• Lucian Tournament Winner Reward: Players who win the Lucian Tournament or similar competitions will receive new accounts with Starter Decks and Dragon Tickets to unlock the Market feature. This reward allows the winners to participate in the dragon hunt and actively participate in the game.
• Active players without tickets: All active players who do not yet have a ticket are also welcome to participate in the Dragon Hunt. A solution will be found for them to continue to integrate and benefit from dragon hunting.

2. Tournament Clans with Various Rewards
In addition to the main Dragon Clan, tournament clans are created, which focus on different tournaments and offer different rewards for the players. These clans not only organize dragon battles, but also regular tournaments where players can test their new decks and strategies.
Strategies:
• Tournament Clans: These clans focus on participating in various Eredan tournaments where players can show off their skills. After the tournaments, they receive rewards such as Feeze or other valuable in-game resources.
• Rewards: Each tournament participation offers rewards such as medals, starter blankets, feeze, or even dragon tickets that help players progress in the game and actively participate in the dragon battles.
• Regular tournaments: The tournament clans should organize regular tournaments where the best players can earn Elo points and receive valuable game resources as rewards.

3. Participation in the dragon hunt and tournaments

Old players have the opportunity to join the Dragon Clan at any time and secure a ticket to participate in the Dragon Battles. New players, on the other hand, will have to earn the chance in the Lucian Tournament by fighting for victory and qualifying for the Dragon Hunt.

Players who have not been accepted into the clan can also play the Lucian tournament, but they are out of rating and cannot win rewards. However, their victories and losses count for the clan members who participate. This means that the results of the battles against these players are relevant to the ranking and progress within the clan, even if these players themselves cannot participate in the reward award.

4. Revival of the market
A central goal of this initiative is to revive the market in Eredan. Without the market, Eredan is not fully playable, as trading between players is an integral part of the game. The market must be accessible to all players to enable trading and keep the game interesting.

Strategies:
• Starter Decks and Tickets: The Dragon Tickets and Starter Decks will ensure that the market will reopen and all players will be able to participate. Players who have won the Lucian Tournament will receive new accounts with decks and tickets to unlock the market and sell or trade cards.
• Placing Basic Cards Before the Lucian Tournament: Shortly before the start of the Lucian Tournament, we could release Basic cards that players have multiple times on the market to allow new players to equip themselves. This gives everyone the opportunity to compete better in the tournament and participate in the market.

5. Long-term clan and dragon hunting strategy
In the long term, dragon hunting will evolve into an organized competition, gaining momentum with the introduction of tournament clans and guild clans. Players are motivated by regular tournaments and rewards to stay active and continue to progress in the game. The Dragon Tickets and Starter Decks give new and old players a solid foundation to quickly dive into the game and participate in the Dragon Hunt.
Strategies:
• Sustainable Clan Organization: The introduction of guild clans such as Kotoba, Nehantists, Zil, and Tournament Clans will create a sustainable structure that provides players with an authentic clan experience and allows for long-term participation and player retention.
• Long-term reward structure: Players who regularly participate in the tournaments and dragon battles will continuously receive Starter Decks, Feeze, and Dragon Tickets to improve and grow their accounts.

Result
The creation of a new clan with strong accounts for dragon hunting, the introduction of tournament clans with various rewards, and a simple clan registration system provide the structure necessary to revive the game and successfully defeat the dragons. By rewarding Lucian Tournament winners with Starter Decks and Dragon Tickets, we're making the game accessible and motivating for new and old players. The project will start with an initial investment of €50 to lay the foundation and give players a solid start.

hi! i'm in for this project, but the real key to revive the game, it needs a client server, that is a reality, if they dont have a client i think is very complicated to revivie and take adventage in the tcg world, i mean look around, hearthstone, magic the gathering arena, pokemon tcg live, pokemon tcg pocket, legends of runatera, gwent, shadowverse for example.
i love eredan, and i play every time i can, but without a client is very difficult to make it real.

any way i'm in bro, you can ask every time you need
+5491122538105 that is my phone text me when you like it

Great Idea, I would love to see the game beeing active again. Maybe there will also be a way to add new content too one day (or at least do events), to keep players interested (either Feerik themselves come back to work on this game, or someone else can get the rights/code to breath life back into it).

Would also be great if there will be a way to get it working without having to use a seperate flash browser (just to make it more accessable for more people).
