How can I contact a member of the Feerik staff directly, without using the stupid tickets. They hardly answer them and i'm frustrated because my account was deleted and they gave me back a level 1 account with none of the cards I worked so hard to get.

I have tried to purchase feez both through paypal and just using my card. Neither of these methods seem to be working. When I use paypal it says that there was an error and it will try again in 15 mins. I wait 15 minutes and nothing happens. I have opened a ticket and i haven't heard from that past one email saying hey you submitted a ticket. I have also tried to earn feez through offer none of which work. Am I the only person having these problems? is there a way for this to be resolved?

i would like to put a password in my account but doesnt let me, says error, i believe somebody mentioned that it might be because my account i starteded through facebook, but also im never able to chat to any of my clan members or nobody at all really any ideas of how can i fix this?

start the game from itcg.eredan.com
and try to put the pass in the options, i started from fb too and i set a pass succesfully

earlier this morning I made two transaction via the itcg.eredan.com store with the paypal method. On paypal it shows that the transaction was completed; however I received no feez from either. I submitted a ticket but no response so far. Any suggestions?

I was hoping to use the Feez to purchase the Spring Newcomer's booster sale, but that offer has expired. Is there anyway to retroactively purchase the sale once (if) I receive the Feez? Thanks
