hi, if I use an unfoil on a foiled card, do i then get a foil card? |

No, you just delete the foil effect as far as I know. If you foiled a card by accident, I can switch the foiled/unfoiled cards for you. |

I have never seen one of the cards to make something foil. I just randomly have a foil in my collection. |
