Amnezy adds 3 Hp to all of the characters, anything that can't otk 16+ Hp characters with high defense, or relies on stat boosts, will have serious problems if the deck can keep it's hand denial going.
25 card decks mean a reduced rate for CaT and BtSC, unless of course, and they're the only spells in the deck. The only ways to lock a full six turns would be Void or ANS.

I haven't tried it yet but might be able to help you against hand deny. I don't know though if it works even if you don't have a card in hand.

Cutting all ties should disappear after being played, not going to discard pile.
Hand deny should use their other cards like Hesitation and Final Countdown too, not only spam CAT.

It requires legendary cards to work, therefore is not completely unfair on it's own.
3 CaT, Btsc 4th & 5th, Void ans after that. It requires they either mill out there hand after every turn, or get an extremely lucky draw as well.

every time i play agains them i cant draw, at least 5 fights
steam chest or the legendary can help, i you can draw them :/

What are you using against them? I know you have DKs, Shape of a dragon is a hard counter for them, Locking enchantment can stop them as well.

Full Dk's actually rank around 1700 nowadays.
As for powder pirates vs Hand deny, I really don't know, they don't have many counters :/

well if I have and 2 at my hand after lady's effect I have a huge chance to win, If I don't have those card I can still win by chances
