I don't know the story. Perhaps there is the reason that no 'Linker'-dragon exist.
And i think the frist idee for dragon-event was before Act7 (frist linker in game)!

Seriously, I would also like a strait answer on this. does anyone actually know? just seems like an odd omission to me. They already have so little cards, why keep them from getting one more? |

Personal Opinion... I think it has to do with there being a limited variety of Stone-Linker Cards compared to the other Guilds... |

Not so much from the point of Activation... More a case that farming a SL Dragon would make building a SL Deck way too easy... Little variety to chose from -> Less junk Rares -> No need for SL Boosters... Wish I'd farmed the Runic more when it was out...
