Who is the Staff?

How do we contact them?

Do they take our complaints seriously?

Do they care about customer satisfaction and customer service?

I don't think they do personally. But maybe i don't know the full story. Please someone help me understand and share your opinion. Tell them what you think. Not that they will ever look at this anyway.

Is there not a moderator who has something to say about this? Can they contact staff?

Could you contact the staff ? Yes with the "contact us" button in game.
Do they answer ? No.
Could you try to send a message to the staff ? Yes, contact some GL or moderator and mention your point. In general, they answer.
