Chinese went second place, I looked when the event was about to end and posted in the news thread for the event about final scores, I thing [Off] was first and [GER] third.

Also I think he means they bought the feez and with them the trophies to be first and get Gaky, and they haven't gotten him yet.

I remember that for The spring event (with Mythical Kei'zan) it took some times before the card was credited.
