Sorry maybe I missed something. I've just found that the act-X of Nemaria's Necklace cannot be upgraded into Astria. but the old one from act-VII still has link to upgrade window. I wonder if this a mistake on the act-X version.

They must have forgotten to add the upgrade possibility on the "new" necklace because for example both runecraft act 6 and 9 can be used for upgrade.
