Reproducibility: N/A Recap: Around 40% of my cards are gone from my account. Description: Just that, a lot of cards are missing. Setup: N/A Screenshots: I can't provide any.
Well, the thing is, I haven't played in quite a while (I thought I wouldn't play anymore), but now that I logged, I wanted to play a bit, but found that A LOT of my cards are GONE. There are some that are level blocked, that's ok, but A LOT of my cards are simply not there. Some I purchased, some I won... But a lot of them are gone... Can anyone explain this?

Did you ever purchase Feez ? Accounts where there is no connection from August 2012 to March 2013 have been resettled if no Feez have ever been purchased. You can be in this case.

I have purchased Fee'z, I didn't say that my account was gone, only a lot of cards. Also, nobody has accessed my account since I don't share my password and I've also checked the history.

You can check your history and check if there is some sell at time you weren't there.
You can then submit a ticket to the support with the in-game "contact us" button.
I suggest you to check your option if the email address is changed and then changed our password.

Well, I've checked the History Log and NO CARDS were sold since 02/05/2011. Although I don't remember all the cards that are missing, I can tell that some are missing. For Example: In my history log, I can see the "revealing the secret" card being purchased, however, the card is NOT in my collection and it has NOT been sold. Helena is also missing. Can anyone help me?
