Even if the bug gets fixed now.. do we still have to pay the 15 feez to open the last day (24th)? Because that kinda would be unfair..

hi, i have the same problem and i wait a weekend for the solutiopn, and nothing, the company dont fix it and i need a solution... today is 28/12/2016 here in arg... and i cant open the last box whit/whit out feez
