Does the 1% chance of winning a rare card after a victory work outside of the event as well (even after July 2013)? So if I play it in the adventure mode with any deck, any character will it still work?

There is no way to know if the card works or don't.
Actually, you can see that the gold part works, for the rest....

Actually, you can see that the gold part works, for the rest.... the card basically means that every 100 times that you wear it, and win the fight, you get 1 extra rare cards plus all the other rewards you are entitled to. Not a massive perk really. It could work with a counter or something, that randomly give you 1 rare every 100 wins with this card worn.

Zurga, I mean that if I got rare card from win in adventure, how I will know that it will be exactly from "Lucky Orb" rather than from usual drop?
