I noticed that when the gets stuck in adventure mode, the intro picture always is not shown, only the button that offers to skip the animation. At that point I already know if the game is bugged or not. So the reason should be somewhere in between game start and intro animation.

A week and they havent found the problem. Thats some bad programmers at work there. If Im messing up my work for a week and say im aware of the problem have no idea, ill get fired.

Anyway good luck guys. Refert to the coding a week ago and compensate people for money losses due to it?

It came from the developers but only in French, I have forwarded the information.

Actually no information about compensation of any kind.

On French forum, the bug is marked as closed and corrected.
An announcement has been made to say that any player who has connected at least one time between August 14th and August 19th has received 200 Energy point as compensation for the energy lost during this period.
