The Santa Card does not generate random cards after you play yours, Also the "Christmas gifts" will minus 1 attack from your characters as well, or not do anything.

Yup same thing is happening to me. She never generates a so called 'surprise card' and all the christmas gifts she attaches to her allies reduces their attack as well. Kinda dissapointing but looking forward to a fix.

the "surprise card" is a random card from the whole pool of cards

if she doesnt play an extra card at the start of the fight is a bug, but i saw her twice and that effect was working

It's still not working today. I have leveled up Santa and yet she isn't generating any surprise cards.

At max level Santa is now generating random cards. She played a stone-heart(legendary) once too. However the christmas gifts are still bugged and reduces the attacks of allies too.

Same here. She's produced 2 legendary cards for me, both were that one of the chick smelling the flower. Which was kinda cool. Once that Christmas Gift thing is solved it should be hella fun.

just a thought but... what if santa always generates a card but if she normally couldn't play the card it simply isn't displayed? that may go a way to figuring out why some of us rarely if ever see her play that "surprise" card. and, yes, the gifts are still broken.

It should be corrected.
Santa generate now gift at each level.
