At first a maybe: Maybe they deleted all "more than x-months inactive"-Accounts at one point. Then you are screwed a bit. But you had ask the support for that.
My story: At some point they changed the starter-decks and I know when I returned (auter 2 years) My starter deck vanished, but my other cards and my level still was the same.
I was able with help of the support to buy the new starter decks without losing crystals (since the first starter decks where cheaper). I send them a letter and they gave me back those missing crystals, since my shop history screenshot was a proof.
Tip: Check your history, if you can find anything there and make screenshots and ask the support. (You can find them when you use the mail-symbol and then use the button "contact us")
