For some reason, it is impossible to log in on the forums with my main account, Stinkie11, so i will use this account to post messages on the forum.

Last month, i unlocked all the boxes on the oktober calendar, so I would receive 500 medals. Some days i forgot to unlock the boxes so I payed Feez to do so afterwards. The problem is, that the boxes I unlocked with the Feez didnt count towards the 500 medals trophy, so I didn't receive those.

Can you help me with this please?

Thanks for the warm and heartfelt responses and especially towards the developers. Just kidding. I should've known nobody would respond, because nobody plays this game anymore :s.

Anyway, it seems that when you open a daily calendar reward AND open a daily reward with feez this does not count toward the monthly prize of 500 medallions.

So when you forget to open a reward with feez, make sure you do so on a day that you didnt open another one allready.

P.s. I would still like a refund of 60 feez and/or 500 mediallions for last months chest, prefferably the last one.

Although it registered a +1 in my monthly trophy when i purchased an unopened box with feez, in the end it failed to register. I am now with 23/24 opened boxes of the calendar, but my trophy progress says im at 19/24.

Im trying to upload screenshots but it seems impossible to do.

There is a trick:
You have to close the calender and then reopen it to get a new point for Feez-opened doors. It showed me then again a +1 and grew for 1 point. (Tested it in November.)

For october you should write a ticket to the soupport (since they never response in Forum).
You can find tickets when you click on the mail syste and there is a big yellow "contact us"-button.

For the screenshots google "pic upload for free" and upload to a random free-pic-side and put the link into the forum, since pic upload directly in this forum did not work since years.
