The bug was solved, since when I went to build a deck the restrictions worked correctly, but then I'm against this player.
I don't know what it takes to have a punishment in this game, but this player won quilingo thanks to that he could play with a deck with myths, without restrictions and with many souls cards, but I think he didn't lose games, so he wasn't only to me that removed elo was to many more player, I think he has the requirements for a punishment.
Because I doubt they will give us back the lost elo.

I thought the bug was fixed, but no, but the strange thing is that I get the filter right, it doesn't let me add cards to other acts or add more than 5 soul cards.
