Banner of the council CANNOT be played from discard pile with burglary or hungry void,it also can't be reactivated during the same turn with producer. |

In fact since the fix he can't be played more than one time (even if the opposant plays it with great void or so). Moreover, it make you draw invisibles copies if you use auto recycle cards as piluminix, wolrd's runes etc...It's like rotting your own deck. |
