This is becoming a joke to be honest. I have cleared all the bl**dy cache, Flash cache, etc. and still stuck at the middle of crystal loading screen.
All in all, a total of about 4 days worth of event wasted. I cannot even log a support ticket BECAUSE I CANNOT LOG IN!

I logged a support ticket for something and I neither got a response nor a solution... which makes a fail quote of 100% in my case. In-Game support is just there 'on paper' it seems.

I can't help on this case. For what it worth : the store will be open until Monday morning and you can still receive treasure from boosters.

You have been very helpful everytime and we appreciate that. It is just frustrating when the developers/Feerik do not respond or even acknowledge this is a problem from their side and expects things to just go away I noticed some posts on the French forums as well but no acknowledgement. This certainly shows the lack of diagnostic messages in the game to figure out potential bugs, etc.

Ya, the forum admins are not to be blamed for this. They can just transfer the experiences to Feerik but not force any decision or trouble shooting.

I finally was able to log in this morning and bought one character and the item jewel. Turns out I had one more coin than I thought. I'm exactly 2 coins short of the last card so I guess I could just buy a pack to get those and buy it. Although I would have easily gotten the last 2 treasures if I had been able to log in yesterday during my 16+ hour 'lock-out' (1 treasure every 8 hours is more than reasonable). Thank you for passing on our concerns. I would recommend a bug-reporting forum that is monitored directly by a developer. Would be good to be able to communicate DIRECTLY with them to address important issues like this.

Finally I can connect to my account.
I don't mind feeding back mis-translation, bearing with bugs, etc. But what I cannot tolerate is the selective "unable to connect" bug. Why the bug is there in the first place? Why am I unable to connect to my account until the event is finished?
This has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.
