When i log in i have only black window wirth eredan logo and nothing happend. I wait but nothing. How can i start this game? Some solution? I read FAQ section but there isnt advice how solution this problem. |

cannot login either. Tried internet explorer, firefox and opera, fully up to date. adobe flash player fully updated. O/S win8 32 bit and 64 bit. 2 different computers. Both PC setups were working ok before the event. every other application works fine. request to extend the event until we all can login. |

I've been trying to play eredan on one of my other laptops, and it will not load properly. It gets to this screen and doesn't go any farther.  What updates did you all make to the game this last week? I think that http://itcg.eredan.com/EredanSite_1366985741.swf is where the malfunction is, I don't think it's loading or playing properly,please help because I love this game. |

Well this sucks, I wasn't able to finish the 5 games in global tourney to get the medallions thanks to this stupid event. |

This is one serious bug but nothing seemed to be done about it. I think it is either limited to a geographical region or the device it is on. If I were to play on my mobile device, it will start to load the logo a bit but it will get stuck. Same internet connection. Cleared cache, etc. Eredan must have more software diagnostics messages! This is unacceptable for all affected players. |
