Reproducibility:
Easy, Put Scourge of souls on the same team as Pain(any level), at the start of her turn, she will take no damage, but still inflict damage to the opponent. Scourge's effect negates damage from items, not passives.

Noticed it the first time I used it, I was trying to get below 5 health before her cards were played, and her passive should have done 3() damage to her, but didn't, and turned Dark Fury into a flop :/
