+ does not result in a total of +6 attack. Is this a bug? Seems like it based on the wording of

you need to play time to die with an action that increase the attack at the same time

if you die in the same fight, i believe this card must add 6 attack

Okay just tested it again and this time it worked. Maybe it missed timing due to a few other effects happening last time.
