Reproducibility:Random.
Description:Sometimes 100 000 volts doesn't remove cards when lightning spells are in play, other times it's negation effect doesn't trigger, regardless if there are 3 or more lightning spells in play.
Setup:Play with 3+ Lightning spells in game

I wasn't sure about it before, (because spam decks)but now I'm certain I've lost many games to this not triggering with 3+ lightning spells in play :/
Edit:Worked fine in adventure, it might just be against crows (there seems to be a couple of other bugs posted when against them as well) Going to play around and see if it happens again.
Edit2: Nope, only against crows does it fail to negate cards :/
