Hey guys, good morning,

I have a problem, i cant lvl up my cards, they have whats is needed 160/160 exp, i click on them, and then, nothing happens, sometimes it appears the red crystal loading, but then again nothing happens, i´va tryied alot of diferente browsers, firefox, chrome, internet explorer, and i have the same problem.

Now that you have mentioned it, I cannot upgrade my cards as well. The upgrade screen nor the red crystal loading icon appear.

Noticed it since yesterday.

try to clean your web browser's history or yet use CCleaner, it might be a log on the browser

That they're others players who reported the same problems, so we're checking all the accounts. It will take a little time so I can only advise you to try from another web launcher or another pc.

Ok thanks :) i will try it, btw ia sked a friend to log in my account, he did evolve my chars, so i can asume that the prob is from my internet or so, but i dunno yet:S

I think the problem is specific to a cloud-based browser (such as Puffin for Android). There is always an error pop-up with just the word "An error has occurred" and after that a blank "Label". Everytime when I attempt to access the upgrade screen, the red crystal will finish loading but the Upgrade Screen itself do not appear.
