Clear Cache if you're logging in through facebook, if all else fails you can try a different browser. Also, right click the flash player and make sure you have local storage enabled, that the player isn't stopped, and you have the latest compatible flash player for your browser.

im using mozilla firefox and i cant find the option.. all i see forn the top right corner of the browser is the bookmarks, home and the display the progress of ongoing downloads...

Right click the top of the browser (next to the tabs) click menu bar, the menu bar will pop up. Tools-> Privacy tab, click where it says clear recent history, click the box next to cache and press okay.
