I bought two newcomers and got 16 keys. But the game doesnt register them when i get to an island and try to open the chests. Whats the point then? Can we get this fixed? |

Did you try do delog/relog into the game ? |

I did try that and it still says I have no keys to open the chests. I should have about 14 keys left and it says I have them in my collection but I cant open any chests. |
