I know everyone is tired of losing energy in adventure mode beacose of the bug,so i have a suggestion on how to fix it.If it cant be fixed to stop the game from freezing,then make it so that the energy is taken AFTER the game has been complited(victory/loss),and not effect when we click the x button to leave(in case the game freeze,we have to).It would still be better to fix so it wont freeze,but still this is better then to lose energy.

it cannot be set like that because you can close the window until you win. but there could be a button that allows you to proceed into battle if you pay the energy. I am guessing this will complicate things more, with the given history. It would be a solution. Another solution would be to increase the max energy by the value of a boss (23) or reduce the cost of battles at the rate of freexing. It is around 25% to my experience. This would mean:
Zahal quest cost=4/5
other campaign quest cost=6/8
boss cost=18/23
tower cost=9/12

this is the most descent thing to do, until they fix it. Or just announce that we are going to play less matches in adventure, just because it is like that.

today i got 40% of the games bugged...maybe the values mentioned above could be as follows:
zahal 3/5
other 5/8
tower 8/12
boss 16/23
(around 33%) I don't know. I don't think there is any more point in studying the frequency of the bug events.

Yes True.Maybe then the energy to be taken after first character confirmation.
