Is it bugged? Otherwise, what's the point of that service?
I opened a ticket on the 15th and still nobody answered me. Is this normal? I mean, how retarded is this??? Even the mods here in the forum indicate the support tool to the users... 11 days waiting for a simple answer/fix is just ridiculous.
