I recently purchased a 1500 medal event card and received the mechalchemist. I, however, already own it.
I understand that some people like having multiple copies of a single card and I respect that, however, the description for purchase claims that you will receive an event card that you do not already own. I did not have crystals to pick another card, nor do I think I should have had to pay.

if you have the evolved version you will get him as he is at lvl 1

someone hs fallen for the mechalchemist trap, feerik is laughing at you. (only reason why I didn't bother trying to get to 1500 medals, till that trap was fixed)
