So, has it been confirmed whether or not the essences will work outside of the event? Just hoping to get some Sol Ra essence to keep if it does.

if you are not buying anything from them they are not required to cater to you your not making them money.

Without the FTP players there wouldn't be enough people to guarantee getting matches, people to buy/sell stuff from Market, people in Tourneys etc...
Those who do spend money would then lose interest because they aren't getting any use from their purchases...

The game NEEDS to cater to the FTP player ( as much as the Feez player ) so that they can at least have "FUN" and be at least reasonably competitive or the player base shrinks and the game dies... At the moment, the balance is off due to OP releases ( Orb Corruption comes to mind ) & Multiple Rare ( plus Decks ) releases such that the Feez players currently have too big an advantage over the FTP player...

they still need to pay staff, upkeep on servers and such. if everything was free they would go out of business and there goes the game.

But Events should be about giving everyone something different to do to keep interest in the game... Sure have a Special Booster or the option to avoid the grind by buying normal boosters but completing events shouldn't be a choice between "Pay Money" or "Complete Half ( or None )"...

Took me 2.5 days to get cocoon.
Took me 1.5 more days to get Sol'ra essence.

Now I'm farming Zil. Hope I can get it soon.
Now my gold is about 1200, should be enough to make her, right ?

(I want just one of her form, not both)
(lol, I've played Eredan for 4 years, never got both when it's this type of event that look like making us choose either one of two rewards.)

Today??? 4 drops from about 16 matches vs Zil... 2 days left to get it...

Took me 2.5 days to get cocoon.
Still waiting for for Sol'ra essence o Zil essence.
Still not reaching 1000 gold (995 atm)

didnt read the effects, in fact, i played 2 or 3 events this year and nothing else

zil priest have this new strategy of filling discards and the old one of filling the opponent's deck, but they need new/improved cards, dont know if this new character is enough

I think they can't survive well enough since they can't play theurgy faith so no -4dmg card like the other priest decks. That's why we can't see any Zil priest in Quilingo tournament.

So is it better then to stick her in a nomad priest deck, or to go for her level 4 which is priest and marauder? Cuz after browsing through the cards to see arakna's options, in my opinion she's slightly lacking as just a priest, but then again I've never bothered with nomad priests.
