We have that Basic Tournament and it is an open secret, if you want to win there play Noz ZK or Nehant Demon. I think it is unfair, that all the other guilds (Kotoba, Zap Hearth, Pirates, Zil) have no chance to win the tournament. If you build your Noz or Nehant deck ready the only question is which Noz or Nehant wins.

Maybe the Basic Tournament can get some Fairness by rebalancing some cards or maybe even release some new basic cards.

I Can only agree on that, it should be a beginner friendly tournament where even new players can get some wins.
Well but yeah, its even worse for new players id say.
Id love to see a rebalance there.
Maybe even a steady rebalance like it is going on in global and quilong now

i hope they can group players by their elo, witchblades and nehant arent the real problem, because anybody can take the current top tier deck and play for the first place, of course we need rotations and updates, but the issue is the skill gap

Well no, in my opinion its also a ga of balance.
Because your forced to play those 2 Decks, and if you dont have those cards, dont even try.
It SHOULD be that EVERY Guild has a chance for 1st place.

Because lets take me for example, i specialise in kotoba so i wont have any of the good Nehant or Noz cards, so wel i cant play basic withouth investign a shitton of money into a basic deck.
Its just a forced deck choice.
you want to play basic, choose one of 2 decks or get out?
And it isnt even really new player friendly because those decks are SO ominant.
I thought basic should be something where you take your STARTING DECK and would be able to do ok.
At least that was the intent.
But now, even i just get stomped there with no chance.

i won with Sap elfine... and also with nomads healing (but i have to admit i won before soraya received her downgrade)

cant confirm that there is no chance for other guilds... maybe less yes... but none no

that is impossible you have 1 deck rulling the tournament and anti top/2 tier decks, that is how it works, trust me is hard to balance any game, but is impossible having every guild with the same chances of winning tournaments

maybe you change something then kotoba and pirates are top now then you will see your same complain by noz and nehant players

Yeah, maybe, but there are some guilds that seem to have no chance right now.
I understand that you can NEVEr walk that thin line of perfekt balance.
But you can at least try, keep the basic fresh.
Well its just my opinion, but i personaly just got REALLY sick of Basic because i cant even get above 1500 with my decks.

And the point that it is a beginner Tournament as it was said when introduced still stands.
And atm i dont really see that.
Personally id love to have it as a tournament like we had that one tournament were everyone had the starting that deck.
I loved that.
And i kinda feel like there are tier 1 Decks, maybe 1-2 that are viable... and then nothing for a long time, and then tier 10.
But well i cant really evaluate how strong decks are because ihavent played much basic.
But i hated it to got oneshot by zk like in Global withouth a chance.

Maybe the basic cards could get a sort of value like in standart tournament.
Limit at 300 (insted 500).

It was not much programming since the system already is there for standart.
The Value could get an other name, than in standart tournament, so the system will produce less bugs by introducing it.

Such a System will force a rotation of decks and when the normal-winner-decks are too expensive other guilds get their chance and deck building is necessary.

That would be an AWESOME Idee

what i would LOVe to see is being able to use Iro in basic, hes such a iconic charakter for the kotoba and not being able to use him in Basic is sad.
I mean he would bringt the kotoba up a notch who have at the moment no chance in basic.
And that would also help to promote the legendary.

Overall id love to see more variety in the basic format.
i mean it SHOULD give a player an easy overwiew over the guild.
I think the plan is to show of 2 decktypes for each guild but sadly it isnt that way.
i would love to see some form of noz mage being possible, zil maros(whic har THE MAIN ZIl) be shown. let hap mages roam free.
Because now we have a solid nehant and zk deck.....and then there are some decks that are rather strange.
Show off some of the main guilds, make 3 noz mages possible and 3 zil maros so that new players see the general idea of a guild and theyr decks...and not just 1 per guild.
