Personally what I'd like to see is that after the Event the "Play 3 Games in X Tournament" becomes a Daily Trophy ( like the "Win 10 Games in X Tournament" ) for say 5 Champ Medals each...

You must admit there's been a lot more life in the Tournaments ( and yes a lot of it is the Event )...

Also with the explosion in numbers of Legends recently ( plus the added Event cards in the Champions Hall ) it's just too slow to accumulate Champ Medals unless you're already a Top 50 player...

Even if it was added on a "Trial Basis" for a month to see if people are playing or just collecting the medals...

Good change for standard! Hope to see something like that (for example, 5 event cards, 3 legendary) in Global.

While this is in no way a 100% perfect fix I greatly believe this to be an excellent step in the right direction. I quite frankly find most negative comments here to be jaded and cynical. I understand why because it's still not a perfect fix. no the top names may remain the top names whether its through legitimate means or under the radar tomfoolery (I.E. multi accounts) but what this update does is provide hope. Before there was none. i say give it some time and let the kinks get worked out. Hell we played this game when it had zero recourse for people who didn't throw tons of dollars at it. I think we can tolerate a few weeks. the important thing is Feerik opted to pay attention to our concerns.
