From yesterday evening at 5:00pm to this morning, the bank wasn't functioning. The staff worked hard to fix this problem as soon as possible and the bank is now full functional again.

Ah, so it matters when Feerik cant make any money from it...this gets fixed!! But heaven forbid they fix anything that doesn't line their pockets...for shame!
