Schrei_VonWeisheit reminds me of that guy that used to complain on the forums non-stop about a year ago.

Alrighty, I'm done. It's not like I'm an insightful person to the devices of the game, or enjoy it anymore for that matter.
I hope you all enjoy the game whilst your wallets can support it, or enjoy your 30% win rates and boss battles.

Glad you have 500k to drop ^^

I actually don't have 500k to drop and probably won't get the new undeads, but your argument was that the newest undead release would become invalid when Act 6 left, when in reality the newest undead update didn't really have anything to do with the undeads of Act 6 except for Exploit Weakness.

Look... We know rotation of Acts will happen. That breathes new life into Standard Tournament. That is better than having a stagnant tournament like Lucyan.

The only difference is that in Magic the Gathering, some cards are "reprinted" depending on the flavour of the set. Presumably to keep some deck archtypes alive. Or to keep some "beginner" cards for new players.

Fake Death and other cards will find home in Global format. Whether they are "reprinted" is another matter.

Take for example, the Crow weapons. The Okugi trumps over Tsume.

So basically your argument that undead will be "dead" in Standard is frankly fluffy to be honest as we do not know what other cards will be released as part of Act 9 :)

From the storyline, it could be that undead will have strong reinforcement this Act.

And then everyone else will start shouting OOOPPPPP OOOPPPPP :P

Basically, it can be said that Runics, Immortals, Eclipses, Sap tri-race, Sap Elfines, Pirate Maras, and what else am I missing, are out of the standard tourney picture.

Based on the allowed cards, I can see Crows may have a chance to bloom/take over in the standard tourney. Undead warriors may come as well since Eclipses don't have a complete deck to compete.

Change in Era :/

Crows will pretty much dominate, Mempo of the crow = Naptys Mask Crow's hand's spr-2 lasts so long as it's in play, and Benediction of the Karukai is a 2 fight Solaris for them.

They're now Immortals with more damage output.

Eh, Crow's aren't as special Schrei makes them out to be they are weak to high spirit decks like Dragon Knights, Noz Blast, Shadow Mages, Stone Linkers, Corruptions, not to mention when facing aoe or multihit decks Mempo of the Crow is a poor mans Naptys' Mask.

Crow's Hand Spirit shrinker, Gaze of the Crow Recycling+attack, Kagejutsu Noz Blast/ Chimera holder can rage,Mempo of the crow, Stacks? No problem. No more stacks? Attack for me.Relic carrier Bye bye Turned to the shadow side, played tornado? Goodbye to the rest. Sub-Rosa Privilege More ookogi, Benediction of the Karukai Solaris for 2 fights, stackable. Good players carry lots of counters, especially for what they're weak against. Mind you, I'm referring to standard. In amnezy they're Tier 3 at best. In amnezy, Low Blow and Evil Eye

Alright, fair enough besides my only actual experiences with them have been in Amnezy and not in Standard. Though one of the crows deck I faced I kind of one hit koed one of the characters with two thunderstrokes. Oh, and Low blow is no longer legal in standard not to mention Noz has access to Shape of a Dragon bye bye shadow spells ie. Crow's Hand and Kagejutsu, Locking Enchantment, Gravitron, and Breaker and I'm not sure a double Disintegration would be raging that much just because one of his characters ended up with 0 spirit supposing he didn't play shape of a dragon first to counter kagejutsu from even being played. In global noz also has Luminosity and The Dragon's Breath. Stonelinkers have Waves Judgment, Unlinkment to prevent the usage of shadow spells, and Krakens's Hug. I have no response for Zil shadow mages since I don't really play them and I noticed you didn't even bother with a counter for nehant corruption. Also Sap Hearts don't have to worry about loosing their Vengeful Lianas, Roots, Spiritual Guides, Reforestations, against Crow when they use spells like Foliage Blades, Hornet Cloud, Falling Branches like they do when fighting Immortals. The same goes for the Nehant corruptions. The only thing I'm willing to admit right now is that Crows are a magical version of Immortals physicals.

Relic carrier siphon, spam low blow off initiative.
As I said, Tier 3(I rank by overall effectiveness), Noz blast is Teir 1, corruptions are floating between 2 and 1, and I have yet to witness water linkers, though I can imagine they crap on everything once their damage reduction gets going.
