Which is, of course, 2 days of the event without advancing through the missions required of the quests backed by the power of orbs bought with 2000 gold... which I am gathering was their intent in spending money.

Seriously, this is 2013 and the internet is a thing and they're taking money for an event that runs over a weekend. You can NOT not have staff on hand to deal with bugs. Giving the 2000 gold when someone gets around to it monday does not begin to cover the 576 energy they didn't have orbs to power them up for for that period. Not when getting the shoulders is an all or nothing thing.

Atleast you guys got your gold. I wasn't even able to get the feez I purchased for this event because of an error feerik's partner on selling feez here in my country.
